Developers Overview
Manasa Developers emerged in the year 2005 with a flair for promoting housing projects, residential layouts, residential apartments and business centers. The founders of the firm are Sri. P.S. Reddy, Sri Y.G. Chinnaswamy, and Smt. Geetha S. Murthy.
The firm is in the forefront of multilevel housing and layout projects in heritage city Mysore.
Company Achievement
Within a span of eight years since the inception, the company has taken up several projects of residential apartments / flats, commercial spaces, and residential layouts / sites in Mysore. The company has constructed about 2 lakh Sq. ft. of apartments and another 1.5 lakh Sq. ft. is under progress. Similarly the company has completed commercial projects of about 25,000 sq. ft. and residential layouts of 120 acres and another 50 acres is under progess

FOUNDERS
Sri. P.S. Reddy
A graduate in civil engineering and worked in the department of atomic energy for 31 years and handled important structrues like reactor building, turbine and service building in ICCAR, kalpakkam, and RMP, Mysore. Prior to joining atomic energy, he has worked in koyna hydro electric project for 7 years where he gained experience in tunnels, ghat roads, earthquake resistance structrures, project planning and implementation etc., He has retired as scientific officer-G in 2004 and started the firm Manasa Developers in 2005. Since then he is actively involved in construction and management of the firm.
Sri. Y.G. Chinnaswamy
A engineering graduate from National Institute of Engineering, Mysore and fellow of Institute of Engineers, Served as construction Engineer in irrigation department and has played key role in construction of Hemavathi Dam, Ghataprabha and Harangi dam. Later he worked in Mysore Urban Development Authority in Senior Postion and actively involved in Planning and formation of residential layouts. As Executive Engineer he initiated rural water supply schemes, creation of infrastructure facilities like road, schools, hospitals etc in rural areas of Mysore District. He is past president of Rotary Mysore North. Chairman of Rotary North Foundation and Sharadamma Govindaraja setty charitable trust and President of Vasavi Vrunda Mysore. Since 2005 actively involved in construction and management of this firm.
Smt. Geetha S . Murthy
An Accountant, a women entrepreneur, partner of various business including distribution of TVS Scooters, Co Owner of Business Centers namely sunder arcade on Banglore Ninigiri Road, Mysore and other business at Mysore and Bangalore. A resourceful person with wide contacts in society and takes active role in construction and financial management of the firm.
